I purchased my first vehicle from Longhorn Sports Imports and the entire process was nothing but a breeze! I had been searching for a car for a few months and encountered every stereo-typical salesman, and felt the stress mostly everyone feels while vehicle shopping. I came across a listing on Autotrader.com that brought me in LSI on a rainy Saturday afternoon. That particular listing wasn't up my alley (I was not even sure what I wanted exactly) and as I was about to leave, AJ suggested a 2012 Toyota Yaris hatchback that was in great condition, had low mileage and was listed at a very fair price. This car was everything I wanted and more and I didn't even know it! AJ made me feel at ease from the get go. He was straight to the point, detail oriented and truly professional. I put down a deposit for the car over the weekend, for I would have to wait until Monday to get the car financed and had the keys by Tuesday.
After the final sale of the vehicle, the great service continued! AJ offered to take care of my first oil change. The inspection sticker was about to expire when purchased the car and he took care of that and more when he had it serviced. AJ is nothing but genuine, courteous and is always willing to help his customers. He has even helped me on multiple holidays without any objection and always gets the job done right. Thank you AJ for being the reliable, trustworthy businessman I did not think existed! Customer service is high on my priority list and AJ at Longhorn sport imports is the perfect example of just that. It does not hurt that all of his vehicles are of great quality too! I would suggest to anyone who is in the market for vehicle to come check out this charming locally owned lot!

No swarms of sales reps. No delays. No pressure to purchase extended warranties. No haggling. No running back & forth to the sales manager. Got an acceptable offer for my trade, first time. No detailed list of everything wrong with my trade. This has been the first time I actually enjoyed going to a dealership and buying a minivan. First time I went there on Saturday to see the van that I was interested in. That day this small lot was full of customes and It was even hard to find parking. It was still better on weekdays. I would recommend to set up a time before you go to this place...
